Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead day-to-day project delivery efforts and supervise project managers, coordinators, and analysts. You will reinforce PMO standards, coordinate resources, and ensure projects meet objectives and budgets.

You will oversee schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications while supporting test activities and ensuring alignment with business and IT requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires 6–8 years in portfolio, program, and project management and solution consulting.
• 8 years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience supporting PMO in intake, prioritization, or resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise project managers, coordinators, consultants, analysts and monitor day-to-day execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with input from leads and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets and track expenditures to align with approved budgets.
• Provide portfolio updates and risk/status reports to leadership.
• Guide team to ensure business requirements and documentation align with SMEs and IT.
• Support testing activities and coordinate issue resolutions to ensure quality delivery.
• Assist in budget input and escalate concerns to leadership.
• Foster collaborative relationships and regular review meetings.
• Reinforce PMO standards, tools and best practices across teams.
• Ensure milestones, budgets and quality expectations are met and identify barriers.
