Job summary

New Era Cap, LLC is seeking a Manager, PMO to oversee the global portfolio of technology initiatives, including ERP modernization and e-commerce platforms. You will govern multi‑system programs, lead the PMO team, and design portfolio platforms, reports, and dashboards.

You will apply SDLC and enterprise architecture principles, partner with architecture and security teams, and manage budgets, schedules, and cross‑functional stakeholders. This on‑site role is based in Buffalo, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in managing IT projects or programs.
• PMP certification required; additional SAFe, PgMP or PfMP preferred.
• Experience building portfolio management platforms and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design intake/evaluation and prioritization process for technology initiatives.
• Plan and oversee ERP/e-commerce program delivery and data migrations.
• Architect and build PMO portfolio management platforms and dashboards.
• Develop data models and dashboards in Power BI/Tableau for leadership.
• Manage technology budgets, forecasts, and vendor statements of work.
