Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT or related field.
• 3–5 years supporting project mgmt, business analysis, or strategic initiatives.
• Experience with PMI, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or Lean.
• Experience with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, Confluence, and analytics tools like Power BI/Tableau.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools, such as Microsoft Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project requests with ROI and business impact analyses.
• Develop business cases and executive presentations.
• Prepare materials, track decisions, and follow up on actions.
• Gather requirements, define scope, and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Create and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reports.
• Coordinate timelines, meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain governance artifacts and PMO documentation.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and issues; escalate as needed.
• Support portfolio planning, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
