Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, General PMO to drive the project management process for multiple complex projects in a hybrid setup at Exton, PA.

You will manage timelines, budgets, resources, and cross‑functional dependencies to deliver on internal and customer expectations. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in project management, PMP/PMO experience, and strong communication across levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years Experience in Project Management within a matrixed organization.
• Preferred experience in New Product Development, technology and system implementations.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated strong project management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and oversee the project management activities with internal and external partners and technical discussions.
• Proactively lead projects ensuring New Products are supported through Development and commercialization with aligned operations.
• Ensure PDP deliverables, timelines, budget and resources are met and tracked.
• Build and maintain critical path, milestones, and overall program timeline and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners; lead team meetings.
• Create and maintain project documentation to communicate progress.
• Own and communicate documentation and training efforts of key projects enterprise-wide.
• Stays current with advancements in related technology and standards within the industry.
• Foster PMO tools usage and share learnings across programs.
