Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a PMO Manager to lead a regional project portfolio valued at approximately $15M, comprising 30 to 50+ strategic initiatives aligned with growth objectives. You will report to the Senior Director, PMO, and coach project management professionals while ensuring successful delivery across a complex portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management, PMO, portfolio management, or related experience.
• 1-3+ years of people leadership, supervisory, or team management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects and programs.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and governance practices.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Develop High-Performing Project Teams by coaching and developing project managers, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee portfolio across full lifecycle to ensure scope, timelines and budgets align with priorities.
• Manage interdependencies, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications; support traditional and Agile delivery as needed.
• Partner with executives and business leaders to drive alignment, provide updates and recommendations.
• Improve governance, reporting frameworks, and portfolio management processes; maintain scheduled reporting.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and remove barriers to success; communicate project status and outcomes.
