Job summary

SEnergy in Boerne, TX seeks a PMO Manager with 15+ years in project management and 5+ years in electric utilities to oversee EPC projects and lead cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on improving project delivery through established frameworks, client liaison, and rigorous governance, with travel to project sites required.

The successful candidate will mentor Project Managers, drive proposals, and ensure profitability across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 15 years of project management experience with 5 years in technical projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management frameworks, tools, and templates for consistent delivery.
• Evaluate and implement project management methodologies and standards.
• Oversee planning, execution, and closing to ensure on-time, on-scope, within-budget delivery.
• Lead meetings with Directors, Principals, and PMs to ensure consistency and issue resolution.
• Interface with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
• Develop schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and resource plans for EPC projects.
