The position requires a Secret clearance and a strong background in logistics and operations planning. The candidate will oversee detailed operations plans, manage logistics documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex gaps.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant discipline or related field; additional experience may substitute for education.
• 10+ years of position-relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in quality gate oversight and serving as a functional lead.

Responsibilities

• Validates the analysis and coordination of ongoing logistical functions including supply chain management and transportation.
• Oversee the development of detailed operational plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage the lifecycle of logistics documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex operational gaps.
• Manages the daily synchronization of current operations and provides technical oversight for future logistics requirements.
• Develop comprehensive logistics support plans for theater-wide distribution and sustainment missions.
• Prepare formal document approvals and quality gate assessments for mission-critical logistics artifacts.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
