Job summary

MANTECH seeks a Senior Logistics Manager to join our team on Oahu, Hawaii. The role covers planning and directing daily storage and distribution to ensure seamless service delivery and mission readiness.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in logistics, a Bachelor's in Logistics or Business Management, and experience with quality gate oversight. A Graduate degree and Six Sigma Green Belt are preferred. An active Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Lead identification of system deficiencies and recommend restoration or upgrade solutions.
• Oversee theater deployment execution and employment activities to ensure mission readiness.
• Plan reception, staging, onward movement, and integration (RSOI) of forces.
• Coordinate with Host Nation partners to secure facilities and support for deployed units.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-driven Senior Logistics Manager to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Plans, directs, and coordinates the daily storage and distribution activities to ensure integrated service delivery.
• Manage the allocation of resources and ensure compliance with established safety and organizational standards.
• Lead the identification of system deficiencies and recommend comprehensive restoration or upgrade solutions.
• Manages the technical execution of theater deployment and employment activities to ensure mission readiness.
• Lead the planning for the reception, staging, onward movement, and integration (RSOI) of forces.
• Coordinate with Host Nation partners to secure necessary facilities and support for deployed units across the theater.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
• 10+ years of position-relevant experience.
• Experience in quality gate oversight and coordinating departmental workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Business Administration.
• Six Sigma Green Belt.
• Experience in OCONUS logistics and contingency response planning.

Clearance Requirement

• Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
