Job summary

Amaris Consulting in the United States seeks an experienced PMO specialist to support multiple client projects. You will manage detailed execution plans, RAID governance, and Smartsheet environments to deliver on schedule and with visibility at leadership levels.

You will lead governance activities, identify risks, and track KPIs while leveraging your strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in PMO, project controls, or program coordination for large multi-workstream programs.
• Advanced Smartsheet design, dashboards, reports, templates and scalable PMO environments.
• Strong RAID management, milestone and dependency tracking, KPI and governance reporting.
• Experience in regulated environments (medical devices/pharma) and audit readiness is a plus.
• Solid stakeholder management, communication and analytic skills; PMP/PRINCE2 desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain execution plans with milestones, resources, dependencies and delivery status.
• Own the RAID framework, track risks, actions, issues and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Build and administer Smartsheet PMO environment with templates, dashboards and workflows.
• Provide visibility into planned vs actual performance, milestones and forecast completions.
• Lead PMO governance activities for weekly status reviews and steering committees.
• Identify schedule risks and dependencies, tracking productivity KPIs and knowledge transfer packages.
