Job summary

Amaris Consulting seeks an experienced PMO professional to join our Engineering team in the United States. You will develop execution plans, own RAID governance, and build scalable Smartsheet dashboards for executive visibility.

The role covers weekly governance, milestone tracking, and KPI reporting across multi-workstream programs. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in PMO, strong experience in RAID and dependencies, and proven ability to deliver in regulated environments with QMS and design

Qualifications

• 7+ years in PMO, project controls, or program coordination for large multi-workstream programs.
• Advanced Smartsheet design and administration of dashboards, reports, templates, and workflows.
• Strong RAID management, milestone/ dependency tracking, KPI reporting, and governance experience.
• Experience in regulated environments (medical devices/pharma) with QMS and design controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communications; proactive risk escalation.
• English communication skills; PMP/PRINCE2 certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed execution plans with milestones, resources, dependencies and completion status.
• Own the RAID framework and track risks, actions, issues, dependencies with mitigation and escalation.
• Build, configure, and administer the Smartsheet PMO environment with templates and dashboards.
• Provide visibility into planned vs actual performance, milestone status, and forecast completion.
• Lead PMO governance through weekly status reviews, steering committees, and leadership reviews.
• Identify schedule risks, dependencies, and performance issues and document KPI trends.
