Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned PMO leader to drive governance and execution for IT/OT programs, ensuring alignment to objectives, scope, schedule, budget, and quality. This role involves traveling up to 50% and working onsite at Guidehouse or client offices.

You will oversee planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and executive status reporting while coordinating cross‑functional teams from business, technology, operations, and vendors to deliver complex transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Seven or more years of post-graduation work experience in PMO or large-scale delivery.
• Experience leading PMO functions and enterprise program management.
• Experience in IT/OT implementations and regulated environments.
• PM Certification (PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP)
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, and portfolio reporting.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO governance and execution for IT/OT programs aligning to objectives, scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Drive planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk resolution, and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex transformation initiatives.
• Establish and maintain PMO processes, standards, templates, and reporting.
• Facilitate steering committees and governance forums; prepare updates and action tracking.
• Monitor program financials, resources, and delivery performance; escalate and recommend actions.
• Partner with leadership to identify process improvements and change management opportunities.
