Job summary

IK Systems seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of complex low-voltage construction projects, ensuring strategic execution and financial performance. You will mentor project managers and coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to align with company objectives and industry standards.

You will lead planning using PMO methodologies, manage costs and forecasting, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality across all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 10+ years senior PM experience in low-voltage or commercial construction.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of complex low-voltage construction projects.
• Develop and manage project plans using PMO methodologies.
• Accountable for project success, addressing challenges.
• Oversee project financials: revenue, profitability, forecasting, client satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor project managers and field deployment teams.
• Manage subcontractor relationships, bids, payments, contracts.
• Communicate with stakeholders on requirements and progress.
• Ensure quality standards and OSHA safety compliance.
