Job summary

IK Systems seeks a Site Project Manager to run day-to-day field operations on assigned job sites. You will lead field teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure schedule adherence.

This role requires strong leadership, safety compliance, and the ability to travel nationwide. You will partner with the Site Superintendent and report to the Director of PMO, driving project progress across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years field construction experience.
• Experience with low‑voltage systems or electrical contracting preferred.
• Ability to travel nationwide.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project execution with Site Superintendent.
• Own site performance across schedule, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate with General Contractor, subcontractors, and trades.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Maintain master schedule, lookahead plans, and risk management.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
