Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• PE license or equivalent certification recognized in the United States.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project engineering or management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design review, and execution phases of construction projects, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project progress and resolve issues.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and verify compliance with standards.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and deliverables for regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and QA standards.
