FINEOS is a global leader in core insurance technology and seeks a Senior Project/Program Manager for hybrid delivery in the US, including Atlanta. You will own large programs, lead consultant teams, and drive PMO maturity to align with business goals.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support, manage cross-functional steering committees, and report to executives while enhancing delivery and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in project management or customer success in professional services for external clients in insurance.
• Experience leading large programs and managing consultant teams; strong executive communication.
• Background in SaaS, enterprise accounts, or technical products; able to present to stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead small to medium scale initiatives.
• Drive PMO standards, templates, and governance refinement.
• Serve as escalation point for customer success managers and consultant team leads.
• Facilitate cross-functional steering committees and executive reporting.
• Improve PMO metrics, dashboards, and operational reporting.
• Ensure resource planning, forecasting, and capacity management.
• Lead change management associated with new PMO processes.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Support on systemic customer needs.
