Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Seven to 10 years of experience in IT and business or industry roles.
• Prior management, supervisory, or team leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Portfolio & Program Management, IT applications and technologies, and agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce PMO standards for project planning, required lifecycle artifacts, risk and issue management, change control, status reporting, and executive communication.
• Oversee Program and Project Managers accountable for planning, coordinating, and delivering technology initiatives across the full project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to the PMO team while driving delivery predictability and accountability.
• Coordinate governance, reporting, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams.
