FINEOS seeks an experienced Program Manager in North America to oversee multiple large projects within tier 1 insurers and financial services. You will manage client relationships, align delivery with sales, and lead a high-performing Professional Services team across the region.

You will drive project delivery, governance, and risk management while ensuring adherence to budgets and revenue forecasts. Travel and home-office setup support are involved in this senior role.

Formación

• 15+ years of senior-level experience managing Professional Services or Delivery departments for external clients in Life, Accident and Health Insurance sector.
• 15+ years experience at Program and Senior Project Manager levels in insurance organizations.
• 15+ years experience in consulting and client-facing roles.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure Professional Services delivers on project delivery and client commitments.
• Build and foster long-term relationships with all FINEOS clients in the region at senior/executive/C-level.
• Mentor and manage a world-class team of Project Managers to meet project demands.
• Serve as escalation point for issues affecting project performance for customer and FINEOS.
• Ensure adherence to FINEOS processes and budgets and forecasts.
• Identify revenue opportunities within existing client engagements.
• Participate in hiring in the region and support the business agenda.
• Liaise with clients, Account Managers and Sales to align delivery and revenue goals.
