Job summary

Goods & Services in Mexico City seeks an experienced Senior PMO to coordinate and deliver complex, multi-team client engagements. You will govern programs, drive meeting discipline, track open issues, and maintain accurate records across workstreams.

You will lead cross‑functional planning, manage scope, milestones, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications, enabling scalable delivery and lasting client relationships in a fast‑paced consulting context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in client-facing settings.
• Concrete Agile/Scrum delivery experience; multiple methodologies with governance scaling.
• Experience partnering with client engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, escalations, and competing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior client leadership.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to drive progress with incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional programs for client organizations.
• Define program scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and budget within the SOW, manage risks and changes.
• Align program strategies with client enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and operations.
• Serve as escalation point for critical program and security issues across stakeholders.
• Enforce governance, SLAs, KPIs, and reporting for successful execution.
• Plan funding, resources, forecasting, and change management to support business priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with client and internal teams to align priorities and decisions.
• Use data, metrics, and dashboards to measure program health and outcomes.
• Act as trusted advisor to client leadership to support account growth.
