Constellation Brands is seeking a Senior PMO Director to support senior federal leadership in establishing, operating, and maturing new DHS programs. The role requires independent, strategic thinking, advisory acumen, and the ability to drive programs across strategy, governance, and operations.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to government executives, own client relationships, and oversee technology initiatives while translating needs into actionable requirements for

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management or related roles.
• 3+ years supervising 15+ staff.
• Experience advising senior government or executive stakeholders.
• Experience establishing or maturing PMOs and governance frameworks.
• Ability to translate objectives into structured plans and actions.
• Sufficient technical acumen to oversee automation and data initiatives.
• U.S. citizen able to pass background checks; DHS clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning and execution across multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate across organizations to resolve issues and build alignment.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior government leadership.
• Establish and mature new programs, governance, roles and operating rhythms.
• Develop CONOPS, roadmaps, SOPs, and business processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology-enabled improvements.
