Constellation Inc. in Washington, DC, seeks a Senior PMO Director to lead major federal programs, translate strategy into actionable plans, and drive complex initiatives with executive visibility.

The role requires strong stakeholder coordination, governance development, and hands-on direction of technology initiatives, with a strong in-person client presence in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management or related roles supporting complex federal programs.
• 3+ years supervising personnel and teams of 15+ staff.
• Experience advising senior government or executive stakeholders.
• Experience establishing or maturing PMOs and governance frameworks.
• Ability to translate broad objectives into structured plans and actions.
• Sufficient technical acumen to oversee technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning and execution across multiple initiatives with executive reporting.
• Coordinate across organizations to resolve issues and build alignment.
• Advise senior government leadership with analysis and recommendations.
• Help stand up and mature new programs with governance and processes.
• Develop CONOPS, roadmaps, SOPs, and core program artifacts.
• Identify automation opportunities and guide tech teams on requirements.
