Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience.
• 5+ years in senior leadership or Project Management leadership.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing multimillion-dollar projects.
• Proven experience overseeing complex project portfolios, budgets, resources, and priorities.
• Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a project management strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead the structure, governance, and maturity of the PMO.
• Partner with executives to prioritize projects and align the portfolio with strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery performance.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership and board stakeholders.
• Lead workforce planning and develop PMO team leads.
