Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience.
• 5+ years in senior leadership or PM leadership.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar projects.
• Proven experience overseeing complex project portfolios, budgets, resources, and priorities.
• Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a PMO strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead and evolve the structure, governance, and maturity of the PMO.
• Prioritize projects and align the portfolio with corporate strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery performance.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
• Standardize project reporting and provide executive updates.
• Establish SOPs for intake, prioritization, assignments, and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and executive communication processes.
• Oversee budgets, resource capacity, and financial forecasting.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and leadership.
