Job summary

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in project coordination or PMO operations.
• Hands-on Jira and Confluence administration experience.
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery and SDLC.
• Comfort with AI tools for reporting and analysis.

• Triaged IT work requests, ensured completeness and routing to correct teams.
• Managed Jira/Confluence day-to-day, user access, workflows and dashboards.
• Produced weekly executive status reports and IT project pipeline metrics.
• Maintained PMO templates and governance documentation.
