Job summary
Procon seeks an experienced Digital Delivery Manager / Data Analyst to oversee program information systems, data governance, and automated workflows across a complex capital program in the Las Vegas area. You will translate requirements into practical digital solutions supporting PM, design, and turnover activities.
The role emphasizes improving information management, data quality, and reporting consistency, with close work with stakeholders to enhance program performance and security
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Analysis, or related field.
- 7+ years in PMIS administration, business process management, or digital delivery.
- Experience implementing enterprise information systems.
- Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, and process mapping skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a NACI/Top Secret site clearance.
- Experience with Kahua or similar PMIS preferred.
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Experience supporting large-scale capital programs preferred.
- Familiarity with Primavera P6, BIM, GIS, Power BI, and COBie preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead business process analysis and develop effective digital solutions.
- Configure, administer, and maintain PMIS.
- Develop and manage digital workflows, dashboards, and data governance standards.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops with project teams.
- Manage system user permissions, security protocols, and access controls.
- Coordinate system integrations with scheduling, cost management, GIS, BIM, and data analytics.
- Develop user training materials, system documentation, and technical support resources.
- Monitor and improve data quality, workflow performance, and user adoption.
- Support project turnover, records management, closeout documentation, and asset data requirements.
