Job summary

Datwyler Pharma Packaging seeks an experienced PMO Manager to direct CAPEX investments and New Product Introduction portfolios across its US manufacturing sites in Middletown, DE and Pennsauken, NJ. You will lead the PMO, oversee 1–5 reports, and standardize governance and delivery across services.

The role requires a strong engineering background, leadership, and the ability to align projects with regulatory and GMP standards while managing budgets and dashboards for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in CAPEX within pharma manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Directs CAPEX investments and NPI programs across US sites.
• Defines project scope, goals and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develops and maintains detailed schedules and resource plans.
• Monitors risks and implements mitigation strategies.
• Communicates project status to senior management.
