Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in pharma or regulated industry.
• At least 5 years managing manufacturing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Establish annual budgets, cost savings targets, and manufacturing goals.
• Develop and implement CI strategies to advance Packaging and Labeling operations.
• Lead cross-functional capital projects and ensure Operational Readiness.
• Mentor staff and build a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.
