Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in a pharmacy/health-related field with pharma industry experience.
• Minimum 8–10 years (BS) or 6–8 years (MS) in pharma, with 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong project management and decision-making skills, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Great Valley Packaging Project Management group and CSPMs.
• Ensure packaging processes meet timelines, quality and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate packaging instructions translation and global site harmonization.
• Develop production plans, budgets, and schedule alignment with SCP objectives.
• Maintain relationships with R&D, QA, Regulatory and external partners.
