Job summary

1Kosmos seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Identity Verification & Fraud to translate complex capabilities into compelling buyer messaging and sales enablement. You will own launches, craft narratives, and drive demand across enterprise security and risk roles.

You will partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to shape ICPs, personas, content, and proof points, while advancing category leadership in a fast-moving market. This is a hybrid role based in Iselin, NJ.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in product marketing within B2B SaaS.
• Deep expertise in fraud, risk, or identity—buyer: CISO, risk, IAM.
• Proven positioning and messaging chops; validated in market.
• Strong sales enablement, content and training impact.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM for Identity Verification & Fraud products.
• Translate technical differentiation into buyer-facing value.
• Define ICPs, personas, and jobs-to-be-done for Sales and Marketing.
• Develop launches, sales narratives, and field-ready content.
• Partner with Product for packaging, pricing input, and readiness.
