You will own the full applied AI stack: model strategy, routing, adaptation, CodeGen, LayoutGen, and evaluation.

You will also drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure safe, scalable, and impactful AI-powered 3D world creation for millions of creators.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in machine learning/AI with leadership roles
• Experience shipping generative AI systems at scale
• Strong evaluation fluency and benchmarking experience
• Cross-functional leadership across research, product, and platform teams

Responsibilities

• Own model strategy and routing for Build across frontier and Roblox-adapted models
• Lead model adaptation including fine-tuning, distillation, synthetic data, and human feedback pipelines
• Drive CodeGen capabilities to understand creator intent and multi-file understanding
• Develop LayoutGen AI for turning intent into coherent 3D scenes with editing capabilities
• Own evaluation as a core discipline with benchmarks, metrics, and continuous quality signals
