Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the positioning and messaging for Trusted Services, including Security, Privacy, and Governance offerings. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value.

The role focuses on GTM strategy, developer-focused enablement, and field training to accelerate revenue and pipeline growth in a dynamic security and AI‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in product marketing, industry marketing, or corporate marketing (SaaS/enterprise software preferred).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, translating complex tech into business narratives.
• Strong portfolio in messaging, whitepapers, pitch decks, and digital content.
• Hands-on execution from deck building to demo scripting and event planning.
• Ability to lead new projects amid ambiguity or fast-moving AI/GRC shifts.

Responsibilities

• Define the Value Proposition: lead core messaging for Security, Compliance, IT, Privacy and GRC buyer personas.
• Fuel our GTM Engine: position Trusted Services for Agentforce and Headless 360; educate market on AI guardrails.
• Translate marketing initiatives into actionable programs to spark sales interest and revenue.
• Develop scalable enablement, messaging playbooks, and interactive demos for field training.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Campaigns, Sales, Pricing, and Customer Success.
