Job summary

Chainalysis seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Financial Services to shape how our intelligence and platform enable buyers. You will craft differentiated customer stories, drive go-to-market plans, and collaborate across Product, Sales, and Communications to translate complex capabilities into practical, revenue‑driving tools.

You will lead value narratives for compliance and risk leaders, develop sales assets, and partner with SMEs to ensure messaging lands in the market.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in product, solutions, industry, or B2B enterprise technology marketing with experience in financial services, fintech, payments, or related regulated industry.
• Demonstrated ability to build positioning and messaging that changes how customers and sellers see a problem.
• Exceptional writing and editorial judgment; capable of crisp headlines, narratives, and executive-level messaging.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the financial services value narrative: what Chainalysis enables and why it matters.
• Build messaging for priority buyer and user personas across compliance, risk, and leadership.
• Create narratives, proof points, and assets to communicate differentiated value with conviction.
• Own financial-services competitive intelligence and translate market moves into positioning for deal teams.
• Partner with Product, R&D, Marketing, and experts to translate innovation into industry solutions and use cases.
• Lead go‑to‑market planning for launches, platform capabilities, and commercial offerings.
• Shape customer-facing value narratives for pricing, packaging, and business cases, including ROI stories.
• Explain to executives why a capability matters and why leaders should care.
