Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Ecosystem & Technology to lead GTM strategy across Public Safety, Defense, and Enterprise. You will shape vision, then personally craft collateral, campaigns, and launches.

This role requires strategic thinking, storytelling prowess, and the ability to align multiple teams to drive growth. You will own partner marketing and ecosystem go-to-market across three core sectors and translate audience needs into compelling messages and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing or B2B technology marketing.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely (GC/Citizen only).
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives beyond core marketing.
• Experience with partner or developer ecosystem marketing is a plus.
• Experience with hardware/software or cloud (SaaS) solutions, esp. public safety/defense.
• Strong communication skills with a data-driven, consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Define and own technology partnership marketing strategy and governance.
• Lead messaging, enablement, and campaigns that demonstrate partner value.
• Lead ecosystem product marketing go-to-market across Public Safety, Video, and Defense.
• Craft messaging and positioning for integrated, AI-driven solutions.
• Develop audience definitions, pain points, and white space opportunities.
• Create sales enablement and integrated campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline.
