Job summary

Abnormal AI in the United States seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape the future of our core email security offerings. This role blends product, customers, and go-to-market strategy to translate complex security innovation into clear, differentiated stories that accelerate growth.

The PMM will partner with Product and R&D to translate customer research into positioning, launches, and enablement.

Qualifications

3+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS cybersecurity company.
External-facing content samples for cybersecurity buyers.
Experience leading product launches in high-velocity environments.
Ability to explain complex tech concepts to buyers.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Strategic thinker who can work quickly and independently.
Effective influence across stakeholders at all levels.
Curiosity, listening and empathy with a collaborative approach.
Passion for Abnormal's mission and customers.

Responsibilities

Create compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning.
Launch products via internal and external launches, including sales enablement and channels.
Drive demand and pipeline with acquisition and upsell messaging across buyer journeys.
Lead end-to-end launch strategy for updates and features.
Develop fresh content: collateral, thought leadership, website content, videos and blogs.
Conduct customer research to understand needs and requirements.
Enable sales teams and channel partners on the solution and value proposition.
Speak externally as a代表 of the company.
