Job summary

Aircall is seeking a Lead Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing for AI Voice Agents. This technical, high-visibility role sits close to Product and Engineering, co-owning the roadmap and shaping the narrative that guides how customers, GTM teams, and Aircall's leadership speak about AI Voice Agents.

You will own the upstream work: positioning, ICP, and core messaging, translating complex tech into a market story for leadership, customers, and sales.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in product marketing for a technical B2B SaaS product.
• Ability to dive deep into technical product detail and translate it into market strategy.
• Strong narrative and positioning skills; comfortable influencing senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build AIVA’s external narrative including thought leadership and bring it to market.
• Co-own the AI Voice Agent roadmap with Product and Engineering; translate technical tradeoffs into strategy.
• Own core messaging and drive cross-functional alignment across website, decks, and customer comms.
• Communicate strategy to Aircall’s leadership and provide a clear view of progress.
• Talk with customers and prospects to refine positioning and adoption strategies.
• Hands-on product experience: read docs, use the API, and translate tech into competitive advantages.
• Lead launches, campaigns, and GTM moments; represent AI Voice Agent in market analysis.
