Aircall is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager in New York, NY. This role focuses on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for an AI product line, collaborating across product, marketing, and Sales to enable success.

You will work with a global, cross-functional team in a high-visibility capacity, shaping how 22,000+ companies understand Aircall's AI capabilities. This is a hybrid role based in NYC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in tech or startups, including at least 3 years in Product Marketing.
• AI fluency: build repeatable AI workflows, not one-off prompts, and know when to trust or override output.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally to achieve goals.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to set measurable objectives.
• Proactive communicator who initiates and manages projects with stakeholders.
• Excellent storyteller who tailors messages to the audience.
• Exposure to integrations, channel partnerships, or app ecosystem GTM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for your product area and ladder up to Aircall's narrative.
• Talk to customers and use insights to sharpen messaging and inform the roadmap.
• Lead go-to-market for new feature releases: launch plans, enablement content, and assets.
• Build and maintain battlecards with the latest competitive info.
• Own activation and engagement strategy to drive adoption through campaigns and lifecycle programs.
• Partner with integrations and ecosystem teams to articulate joint value.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, enablement, data, and leadership to align on priorities.
• Monitor effectiveness of initiatives and report progress to leadership.
