Job summary

WEKA is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape our AI inference market strategy and drive adoption across the NeuralMesh portfolio. You will own positioning, messaging, and proof points for customers, cloud providers, and partners while working closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales.

This role emphasizes an early-stage market approach, cross-functional collaboration, and the creation of high-impact content and enablement to accelerate growth in AI inference.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to take new product/market from early stage to traction.
• Strong fundamentals in discovery, positioning, content, launches, and GTM strategy.
• Experience translating complex AI concepts into customer value for technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define WEKA's inference positioning, messaging, and value propositions across portfolio.
• Own core AI cloud/provider propositions with cross-cloud capabilities.
• Identify design partners and early adopters; learn from each engagement.
• Quantify WEKA’s economic value: GPU utilization, time-to-first-token, throughput, cost per token.
• Turn benchmarks and deployments into credible proof for customers and field.
• Partner with Product to shape features that win in AI inference.
• Lead launches for new inference capabilities, integrations, and solutions.
• Create blogs, briefs, presentations, and customer stories to bring the story to life.
• Develop repeatable plays, guides, and enablement for Sales and Partners.
• Represent WEKA’s inference story with customers, analysts, and press.
