Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for AI Training Infrastructure to lead the narrative across the training stack, including SUNK and Kubernetes services. You will translate complex infrastructure capabilities into compelling market outcomes for AI researchers, platform teams, and enterprise buyers.

Collaborate with product, research, and solutions architects to shape positioning, enablement, and customer evidence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, or GTM, in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, or developer tooling.
• Working fluency with Kubernetes and understanding how teams use it.
• Direct experience with or proximity to AI researchers and researchers' workflows.
• Familiarity with the AI model development lifecycle from pre‑training through fine‑tuning, RL, and optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to build positioning and messaging for complex technical products that move deals and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI Training Infrastructure narrative for CoreWeave, tying together Kubernetes Service, SUNK, and related offerings.
• Shape competitive positioning and persona‑specific messaging for training-focused deals.
• Own the customer evidence strategy and surface deployment insights across assets.
• Define GTM and enablement for Sales and Solutions Architects; collaborate with DevRel on technical content.
• Define and track metrics for marketing impact, including deal velocity, contract value, win rates, and platform adoption.
