Job summary

TRM Labs, a leading AI-powered investigations platform, seeks a Product Marketing Manager who owns market positioning across national security and government intelligence teams. You’ll work with a PM and Sales to ensure buyers arrive convinced, translating complex workflows into compelling narratives that drive deals.

You’ll shape claims, proofs, and the hierarchy of messages, while ensuring the company’s story lands across multiple channels and launches with speed and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• You’ve owned at least two tier-one launches end to end: strategy, narrative, execution, and post-launch measurement.
• You’ve owned a website or major digital channel and made content decisions that moved pipeline, not just pageviews.
• You already use AI to build workflows and systems and can walk through a real example of something you built for your team, not just yourself.

Responsibilities

• Deep diving: know the product at the level to demo it as well as anyone in the company and engage in customer conversations.
• Positioning: build the architecture everything hangs from and craft the claims, proof, and words TRM owns.
• Incepting: align stories across Sales, Engineers, and Execs by making the story clear and compelling.
• Owning the moment: lead a major launch, CEO keynote, or webpages that influence deals and landing experiences.
