Job summary

Bullish US LLC / CoinDesk Inc. seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the PMI of a major merger, owning day-to-day integration and aligning C-suite leaders across both businesses. The role requires driving strategic execution and operational modernization in a complex, global environment.

You will manage governance, risk, and cross-functional programs, with focus on People, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Regulation, while maintaining clear executive communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Program Management or Management Consulting with PMI experience.
• Proven PMI, carve-outs or enterprise-wide transformation leadership.
• Strong analytical capability translating metrics into plans.
• High emotional intelligence and mature interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree; certifications in PMP/Agile/M&A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end post-merger integration programs and governance.
• Coordinate across People, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
• Identify efficiencies, drive automation and synergies across entities.
• Develop staffing plans and resource optimization with executives.
• Maintain risk registers and report progress to sponsors.
