Job summary

Crowe is seeking a M&A Post Merger Integration Manager in our Technology Advisory practice in Boston. You will lead complex integration projects with private equity firms and strategic buyers, translating deal objectives into executable plans and ensuring Day 1 readiness and post-close stabilization.

We expect 5–7 years of experience in complex programs, with ERP integration expertise and strong PM, communication, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5-7 years of professional industry or consulting experience.
• Experience with ERP implementations or other technology integrations in M&A environments.
• Experience developing and executing cross-functional integration plans; PE or strategic buyers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-merger integration engagements across pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, first 100 days, synergy realization, and post-close stabilization.
• Direct Integration Management Office (IMO) activities and cross-functional workstreams for complex, multi-functional, cross-border transactions.
• Develop integration roadmaps, governance structures, workplans, milestones, dependencies, and decision-making processes with client leadership.
• Drive risk identification and mitigation, resolve execution barriers, and maintain accountability for critical integration priorities.
• Support operational analysis and integration-focused due diligence to identify risks and value-creation opportunities.
• Support technology integration planning across ERP and business applications, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendors, and IT operating model.
• Prepare and present executive dashboards, status reports, synergy tracking, and recommendations for steering committees.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets, and quality while coaching consultants and coordinating client teams.
