Job summary

Frontline Wildfire Defense is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end installation of wildfire defense systems, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality execution and an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of construction PM experience (residential or fire protection), strong leadership, and the ability to travel across California and surrounding areas as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in residential or fire protection systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all system installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop efficient processes for supply chain, inventory management, job costing, and installation.
• Coordinate with inspectors, building officials, and fire departments for regulatory compliance.
