Talently in Wilsonville, OR is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead commercial waterproofing, restoration, and building envelope projects on site. You will coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and clients from planning through completion.

The role requires strong scheduling, budgeting, and quality control, with focus on safety and codes. You will conduct site inspections, manage communications with stakeholders, and drive successful project closeout.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in commercial construction, restoration, waterproofing, roofing, sealants, or building envelope repair.
• Understanding of waterproofing systems and moisture control.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, materials, subcontractors, and field crews.
• Experience inspecting construction work and applying codes and quality requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, schedule, and oversee commercial waterproofing, restoration, and building envelope projects from start to finish.
• Manage project budgets, costs, procure materials, and coordinate subcontractors and field crews.
• Inspect sites for moisture issues, and ensure compliance with codes and quality standards.
• Coordinate activities to keep work on schedule and aligned with safety requirements.
• Lead project meetings and provide progress updates to clients and general contractors.
• Resolve field challenges and support effective project closeout.
