Job summary

Search Partner Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for municipal water and wastewater construction with national reach. The role involves leading complex projects, overseeing project managers, and ensuring safe, high-quality delivery across the United States.

You will collaborate with directors and clients, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor teams while navigating CMAR and PDB project structures. A strong background in water infrastructure is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in industrial water/wastewater facility construction, design, or project management.
• Direct municipal water and wastewater infrastructure experience (WTPs, WWTPs, pump stations, pipelines) and CMAR/PDB familiarity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee major water/wastewater construction projects or manage multiple project managers.
• Collaborate with project directors to develop schedules, estimates, and proposal documentation.
• Maintain safety, quality, and schedule adherence across projects.
• Provide direction and mentorship to project managers and teams.
• Build and maintain client relationships to support business development.
