London Approach seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead warehouse and industrial construction projects. You will oversee ground-up efforts, manage budgets and schedules, and guide project teams while maintaining strong client relationships.

A focus on safety, timely delivery, and budget adherence is essential. Ideal candidates have warehouse/distribution center experience, design-build familiarity, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management experience with a commercial General Contractor.
• Warehouse/distribution center construction experience required.
• Design-build experience preferred.
• Plus if you have experience with cold storage, food processing, or manufacturing facilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
