Job summary

Nordstrom Inc is seeking a Sr. Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale Supply Chain construction across fulfillment and distribution centers.

You will own projects from scoping through closeout, mentor junior PMs, and partner with Operations, Real Estate, Legal, and Finance to drive on-time, on-budget delivery. The role requires deep experience in industrial construction, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate complex contracts and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of construction project management experience in industrial/logistics facilities.
• Track record of leading complex, high-budget projects and mentoring others.
• Forward-thinking, quality-driven mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of large, complex Supply Chain construction projects from scoping to closeout.
• Lead design development and value engineering balancing speed, cost and quality.
• Manage GC selection, contracts, and coordination with jurisdictions and site teams to meet timelines and budgets.
• Serve as primary liaison for Operations, Real Estate, Legal, and Finance partners on project priorities and compliance.
• Provide construction feasibility input for site selection and network strategy.
• Act as escalation point for junior PMs and drive continuous process improvements.
