Job summary

Wrapbook, the AI platform for production finance, seeks a Senior Product Manager II to own Vendor Spend—the vendor-payment layer. You will shape the roadmap, define success metrics, and collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to move payments faster and more accurately.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS/fintech or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and vision for Vendor Spend, aligning customer needs with business priorities.
• Expand and streamline how productions pay AP vendors (ACH, checks, direct-to-bank, card payments, international).
• Lead the expense-management bet: spend/purchasing cards and virtual AP cards for invoice payments.
• Advocate for accuracy, compliance, and fraud protection (Positive Pay, AML, 1099 reporting).
• Partner with our banking infra team on payment rails and service boundaries.
• Keep vendor payments correct in the ledger with Production Accounting.
• Triage and prioritize competing demands from multiple teams.
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate discovery, analysis, coding comprehension, and prototyping.
