Job summary

Alternative Payments is building the financial operating system for SMBs, starting with MSPs and expanding into accounts payable, AI-powered analytics, and beyond. We’re growing fast with a global team, and we’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a full product area spanning accounts receivable, accounts payable, and analytics.

You’ll generate the candidate problem set from data, customer conversations, and competitive movement; defend sequencing in writing so others can act on it.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with ability to generate a problem set from ambiguity.
• Structured problem-solving to identify the binding constraint.
• Genuine sophistication in fintech/payments or related complex domain.
• Narratives and PRDs that persuade stakeholders and guide engineering.
• Strong ownership and cross-functional accountability.

Responsibilities

• Set success and guardrail metrics before work begins and defend choice.
• Prioritize roadmap and de-scope when evidence says not to ship.
• Own full customer experience around launches: enablement, support load, pricing, rollout.
• Write PRDs and technical artifacts clear enough for engineering.
• Engage in system design docs and AI-assisted coding practices.
• Help shape standardized PM processes across product areas.
