Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for the Vault Operations Product Experience team.

You will own the full product lifecycle for the PSA Vault and Warehouse Management systems, partnering with Grading, Shipping, and Marketplace teams to drive value for internal operations and external customers. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in product management, strong systems thinking, and a track record of delivering scalable, data‑driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, shipping and scaling ops‑related products.
• Experience building systems for physical operations at scale (fulfillment, logistics, inventory).
• Experience leveraging AI/automation to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operational support and continuous improvements for Vault and WMS.
• Define and execute product vision end‑to‑end for Vault and WMS.
• Lead cross‑functional execution across Vault, Grading, Shipping, Marketplace, and Operations.
