Job summary

ClearDemand is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Trade Fund Optimization and Vendor Portal capabilities. The role requires a strong combination of product management expertise, retail domain knowledge, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS environment.

The ideal candidate will translate complex retailer and vendor needs into scalable, valuable product solutions, define clear outcomes and metrics, and drive end-to-end delivery with ownership and bias for action.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, retail tech, or enterprise software.
• Deep retail domain expertise in trade promotions, vendor funding, or trade spend optimization.
• Experience managing data-intensive analytics, optimization workflows.
• Strong discovery, roadmapping, stakeholder management, and agile execution.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of Trade Fund Optimization and Vendor Portal capabilities.
• Translate retailer and vendor needs into scalable, valuable product solutions.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, UX, and customer-facing teams to drive product discovery, prioritization, and execution.
• Define clear business outcomes, product requirements, success metrics, and adoption goals.
• Balance strategic product thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
