Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, retail tech, or enterprise software.
• Deep retail domain expertise in trade promotions, vendor funding, or trade spend optimization.
• Experience managing data-intensive analytics, optimization workflows.
• Strong discovery, roadmapping, stakeholder management, and agile execution.

Role Overview

ClearDemand is seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead our Trade Fund Optimization and Vendor Portal solutions. This role requires a strong combination of product management expertise, retail domain knowledge, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of Trade Fund Optimization and Vendor Portal capabilities.
• Translate complex retailer and vendor business needs into scalable, intuitive, and commercially valuable product solutions.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, UX, and customer-facing teams to drive product discovery, prioritization, and execution.
• Define clear business outcomes, product requirements, success metrics, and adoption goals.
• Balance strategic product thinking with hands-on execution, making informed trade-offs in a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, retail technology, or enterprise software.
• Strong retail domain expertise, particularly in trade promotion management, vendor funding, trade spend optimization, supplier collaboration, promotional planning, or retail merchandising.
• Proven ability to manage complex, data-intensive products involving analytics, optimization, and business workflows.
• Strong product discovery, roadmap prioritization, stakeholder management, and agile execution skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Engineering and Data Science teams, translating business problems into actionable product requirements.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, demonstrating ownership, adaptability, sound judgment, and a bias for action.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
